Telephone call/vertual consultation provides comprehensive support for new parents during the antenatal and postnatal periods, and as a highly trained professional I offer expert advice on a variety of topics. These include:

• The importance of skin-to-skin contact, different breastfeeding positions, attachment to the breast and effective milk transfer 
• Responsive bottle feeding and combination feeding
• Breastfeeding Twins and Triplets 
• Use of pump, nipple shields, supplementing nursing system and storage of breastmilk
• Discussion about feeding and parental concerns 
• As well as addressing common challenges such as slow weight gain, sore nipples, engorged breasts, and mastitis
• I also provide guidance on self-care, emphasising the importance of sleep, mental health, and social support
